The good old Iron triangle (blue in the above picture) will not last in the furture where speed of change asks for cooperation rather than split of responsibilities. Therefor all PM's should start getting much better in defining, structuring and communicating business change. Such a language IS available but not know to many PM's (or C-level people).

During the session we had a discussion of Pro and Cons of going into this 'new world' for PM's.

My perception was that the people attending the session got the idea of the language but couldn't see an immediately need.
